Digital-Nautic API: Add a crew member to a rental

POST https://api.digital-nautic.com/v3/rentals/{rentalId}/crewMembers

rentalId	integer	pass a mandatory rental id to get access to the crew.	Required

The request body takes a complete Rental Crew Member resource, containing the following writable properties:

type	string	Whether the crew menber is an adult or children (accepted values as ADULT, CHILD)

The following HTTP status codes may be returned, optionally with a response resource.
